On this week's Character Corner, meet the Southside Lycanthrope Alpha, Phineas Troy. This deceitful alpha looks out for only one person, and that's himself. He is in charge of running the docks and cocaine distribution in the city of Glen Cove. Ruthless as much as he is deadly, it is best not to get on his bad side. As the only surviving member of the Tony Laredo gang, he has a deep hatred for Draco Lavanov.
