On this week's Character Corner, meet the Vampire Council member, the representative from Japan, Hideo Yamagata. A trained samurai, he is the voice of reason of the Council, constantly weighing the issues brought before them carefully and cautiously.

Dealing with being half black and half white, he was tormented a lot while growing up in the Celestine Order. Taking the name Roadkill, after his favorite means of eliminating those sentenced to death, he's the only Order member who uses alien technology in his weapons.
